Cancellation Policy – How You Can Help Us

Important Information For Guests Visiting Wiles Studios In Northampton 

In order to ensure the smooth running of our business and to make sure we can keep our doors open during these challenging times, it's hugely important that our guests understand and support our Cancellation Policy.  

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a negative impact on our business.  If you do not show up for your appointment or give us at least 48 hours' notice, it is usually impossible for us to fill your appointment slot.  Many of our stylists are self-employed which means they will not get paid when you fail to show up or fail to give enough notice that you cannot keep your appointment. 

In an attempt to minimise the disruption of no-shows and late cancellations, we ask all guests to pay a deposit to secure their appointment slot. Please do not be offended if we ask you to pre-pay for your service.  If you fail to show up or you cancel without giving the appropriate notice period, you will forfeit your deposit. 

Those who have booked in for a Cleanse Cut & Finish will be asked to pay the full amount.  Those who have booked in for a Colour service will be asked to pay a £50.00 deposit.

Out of courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text message or an email 3 days prior to your appointment. Please update the salon with any changes to your contact details.

Wiles Studios is closed on Sundays and Mondays.  If you want to change or cancel your Tuesday or Wednesday appointment you must contact us on the Saturday before your appointment.   Do NOT leave a message on our answerphone as this is not manned on Sundays and Mondays so your cancellation or appointment change will come as a complete surprise to us.
