Why Pre-Payment?

We've felt the impact of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and it deeply saddens us when we can't accommodate other guests due to such instances. Those unexpected vacant slots can be tough to refill at the last minute, depriving others of an opportunity to be pampered.

Booking & Payment Details

Cleanse Cut & Finish: A one hour appointment will be required to help us plan and provide the best possible service and we kindly request that new guests pay the full value of the service when booking.

Colour Services: First, let's meet! We offer a complimentary consultation and Allergy Alert Test (AAT). Once you're happy and ready to proceed, a £50.00 pre-payment is essential to secure your colour service appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and we understand. If plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Without this heads-up, or in case of no-shows, the pre-payment can't be refunded.
