Christian Wiles is a multi-award-winning hair stylist, industry influencer and Matrix educator who is fiercely passionate about delivering hairdressing excellence and is widely known for bridging the gap between ladies' and gentlemen's hairdressing. With a recognised talent for being able to design strong creative visions and translate them into viable commercial opportunities, his wealth of knowledge ranges from his commercial success stories as a business owner to his fashion insight - having studied Fashion Forecasting & Trend Predictions at Central Saint Martin’s.

His accolades include prestigious national titles including Salon Business Ultimate Stylist of The Year; twice winner of Hair Magazine’s Best Men’s Hairdresser and twice winner of the BHBA Male Grooming Salon of The Year and Winner of the AMBA International Barber of the year. He has also been named as a finalist in the Creative Head Most Wanted Awards, twice Men's Hairdresser of The Year, and twice the Eastern category for the British Hairdressing Awards.

Christian is the co-collaborator of Wiles Studios in Northampton where he specialises in both ladies' & men’s hairdressing. The studio is a co-working space for hairdressers, freelance barbers, and beauticians. The Studio has an incredible reputation in the area for pushing the boundaries of beauty, hairdressing and barbering and creates a unique, bespoke experience for all their clients. His passion is to deliver to the highest quality Studio experience, which has been the driving force behind his successful, multi-award-winning business.

In 2018, Christian Wiles was announced as the National Hair & Beauty Federation's first-ever Male Grooming and Barbering Ambassador and still holds that role to date, being a member and having the support from the NHBF for many years Christian was honoured to be asked to share his knowledge and experience to fellow hairdressers and barbers and have the opportunity to give back to the industry.
