Christian Wiles WINS International Modern Barber Of The Year Award! 

Matrix Ambassador Christian Wiles has won the International Modern Barber of the Year award 2022 with his latest stunning men’s hair collection. 

The awards required Christian of Wiles Studios in Northampton to submit a balance of trend-focused photographic collection work and written submissions showcasing evidence of both technical skill and creative ability. These awards set the benchmark for excellence and offer a platform for the industry to celebrate and showcase the diverse and creative talents within barbering. 

The awards are judged by an independent panel that includes media, PR and business specialists, international barbering icons and specialists in the barbering industry.  Wiles Studios was announced the winner at a Gala Awards ceremony in Melbourne.

Christian, who is also a finalist for Eastern Hairdresser of the Year at this year’s British Hairdressing Awards, said: “I’m thrilled and honoured to have won the International Modern Barber of the Year award. Men’s hair is a real passion for me and for my work to be recognised by a panel of judges some 10,000 miles away is a great achievement and I’m delighted to be flying the flag for the British hair and barbering industry.”
